
SD·I was contracted to maintain a midwestern airport hub's physical security component, including its access control card reader, processors doors, gates, locks, cameras, and associated hardware. In addition, SD·I will also coordinate maintenance of related peripheral systems, provide user support and troubleshooting and act as the hub's consultant for these systems. These functions will be performed as part of a security systems support team, which is responsible for maintaining continuous, uninterrupted system functionality in support of the aviation department's Access Control, Public Safety, and Aviation Security missions.
SD·I is the single point-of-contact for all security system support issues. We implemented researched, designed, and developed tasks to provide the hub with highly responsive, low-risk, cost effective solutions for security system support on a 24x7 basis. SD·I provides remedial and preventative maintenance support to ensure uninterrupted service for the security system.
