David A. Gupta Addresses State Business Owners at Sell2Illinois Opportunity Summit
CHICAGO--August 15, 2006--David A. Gupta, President of SD·I (System Development Integration), a public sector systems integrator specializing in command center technologies, infrastructure and operations, provided Illinois business owners with insight on navigating government procurement at the Sell2Illinois Opportunity Fair. The event, held at South Suburban College in South Holland, was sponsored by the Illinois Department of Central Management Services (CMS), which procures more than $10 billion in products and services each year.

Talking to business owners in attendance about partnering and capacity building, Gupta provided advice on how to grow a successful government services business, including the importance of developing healthy relationships with prime contractors,building account expertise, and managing cash flow.
