Chicago, October 25, 2006 – SD·I (System Development·Integration, Inc.), a public sector systems integrator specializing in mission-critical environment technology systems, infrastructure and operations, announced today that is has been contracted to design and implement an asset tracking application for the Stickney Water Reclamation Plant of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago (MWRDGC). The asset tracking application will enhance the MWRDGC’s ability to track new instruments and technology-based equipment that is being installed as part of an infrastructure upgrade at the Stickney plant, the largest wastewater reclamation facility in the world.
As a partner of Divane Brothers Electric, Inc., SD·I will determine the District’s asset management data, querying, and reporting requirements and use this information to develop the asset tracking application. SD·I will provide support services for the application through July 2010.
